Dr Belniak was professional, friendly and easy to talk to. He and his staff are responsive and helpful. I would strongly recommend him to family and friends. He will be performing my second knee replacement in 6 months.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Belniak and his staff. I had a partial knee replacement done on my right knee about 10 weeks after having my left knee done. While this is not a fun thing to go through Dr Belniak's top notch surgical skills has made for another positive outcome. He has a great bedside manner and his concern for my comfort during recovery is very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Dr. Belniak for any orthopedic needs.

Great bedside manners, caring, accurate and great surgeon. So far two knee replacements with him and soon a shoulder replacement. Love him!

I went to see Dr Belniak in the spring about terrible knee pain. I am a 55 year old active female. The pain was debilitating. After 2 cortisone injections that provided temporary relief he performed a partial knee replacement in my left knee on October 10th. i could not be happier with the results. I am pain free after just a few weeks and back to my active lifestyle. His entire staff is awesome and the PA Caitlyn who works with him is wonderful. Dr Belniak's really cares about his patient

had shoulder pain. he took an xray, sat me down and gave me a cortisone injection. HE PERFORMED NO PHYSICAL EXAM WHATSOEVER!!! never checked range of motion. never poked me and asked if it hurts here or there. never touched me. as a result he misdiagnosed and injected me in the wrong place. this was determined by the physical therapist he sent me to.

Dr. Belniak performed surgery on my knee with great results. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for the best in orthopedic surgery.

Dr. Belniak is the best Dr. I have ever had! I had several issues with my knee, arthritis, meniscus tears, loss of cartilage, bakers cyst, etc. He repaired the tears. A week later my knee swelled and he drained the fluid and sent it out for testing. He then called me at home on a Friday night at 7:30 to tell me I had Lyme decease! He also called in a prescription that night. I have recurring swelling and he then called Yale New Haven to have a specialist perform Lyme tests. He is wonderful!
in Newington, CT |
Dr Belniak has helped me over several years with several procedures. The latest ones were knee replacements for both the right and left knees. Right knee done first. After seven weeks the right knee was healed up so that I could have the left knee also replaced. Excellent surgery. Minimal scarring. Dr. Belniak listens well and advises what needs to be done but the decision rests with the patient. Explains surgery in as much detail as you want.
in East Haddam, CT |
Dr. Belniak possesses the proverbial bedside manner one expects a great physician to have. He has the listening skills & patience to answer numerous questions an anxious pre-surgical patient has. Most important he has the skill, experience, and confidence to execute complex life changing surgeries with great aplomb that delivers the expected outcome.
