Dr. Archer and his assistance S are BY FAR the most professional, understanding, kind compassionate people I have ever had. I lived in Vilonia and went to Dr. Archer before moving back to Fayetteville. I went to a neurologist in Fayetteville and remembered why I like and respect Dr. Archer, Ms. Bargainer and all the other staff so well! Thanks for being compassionate and professional. My new Dr. Did not pass I am making an appointment with Dr. Archer today. 3 hour drive well worth it.
