After the front desk gave me an appointment for 11:55 and I showed up at 10:30 the girl at the front desk told me I was late for my 11:10 appointment and that I would have to reschedule because the doctor could not see me. I guess it's ok to wait on a doctor but not the other way around.

I have never been to a doctor that actually took his time to explain everything involving my break in my arm. He listens and talks to you as a real person rather than just a patient. the entire staff was so nice and efficient.
