I'm very disappointed with his lack of follow-up. He was supposed to order a test after my appointment and it's still not scheduled three months later. When you call his office and remind them, nothing happens. And the staff has instructions not to messages for him. It's very frustrating. Unfortunately his office, Pulmonary Associates of Southern Arizona, are the only sleep specialists covered by my insurance. I'm planning to change insurance companies as soon as I can.

His office staff is not reliable or responsible. They do not keep their commitments. Ans after waiting 3 months for an appointment, they cancel it and reschedule it out another 3 weeks.
in Tucson, AZ |
Doesn't keep promises he makes for follow-up after appointment.
