Ditto on no bedside manner and ditto on a seeming lack of patient focussed practice.

Dr. Marchione is excellent. I have been seeing him for several years and he's addressed a number of issues for me. I see him twice a year. My appointments are always on time. He explains everything fully. He is attentive and I'm delighted he is my dermatologist.

My experience with Dr. Marchione was absolutely wonderful. My son had a small mole behind his ear that he was extremely self conscious about so we went to have it looked at to rule out any issues. The office was easy to find and we didn’t have to wait long after checking in before we were seen. Dr. Marchione was extremely thorough in talking me and my son through the process of removing the mole and set expectations about the tests he was going to run and when we would receive the results. He removed it that same day and the entire process was very quick. He was super helpful throughout the entire process and great at explaining the after care necessary to ensure minimal scarring. I received the results within a day or so and luckily it was nothing to worry about. The scar is also virtually non existent! I highly recommend him anyone looking for a great dermatologist with a wonderful bedside manner!

The office staff at the front desk could use some customer service training. The customer is always right but not in that office as they are always right!

I've been with Dr. Marchione for many years and love him. I have nothing but positive things to say about him (and I have many skin issues - basel cell). He's fantastic and I highly recommend him. (However, I would agree with the person who mentioned the office only cares about getting paid. I feel like I receive constant bills from NEDA, and it's the first thing they ask for every visit. I've had insurance issues and needed to pay out of pocket because of it-very frustrating. Maybe not their fault, and I know a lot of their patients are probably cosmetic.)

I have never been to a Doctor’s office that has been so efficient in my life! I was a new patient there today. They sent me the information ahead of time to complete and I did it all online. So when I checked and I literally sat for less than five minutes and then I was in the examination room. I was in there for about five minutes total before the doctor was in and I was out the door probably in about 25 minutes total. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!!!

So disappointed in Dr Marchione. He was rude to me, as my husband's interpreter and moral support, and the last time we checked in to follow up on a scar for cyst removal the "doctor" actually said to me "I'm sending you back to the waiting room because it's small in here" as he shut the door in my face. I saw a wide room with two "relative's" chairs pushed up against the back wall. My husband, alone, quickly told this doctor that I'm done, you're done, we're done, and walked out . Awful man!

A very nice and knowledgeable man who happens to work at a clinic that seems more concerned with money than aseptic technique. I had a very poor outcome after an excision that included a 3 night stay in the hospital, home health nurses, and a wound Vac device. He and his associates are casual about hand washing, just ask the nurses. If you're on blood thinners, don't go because they don't care. Get'em in, hack away, let a tech bandage the wound, and be sure to be paid. That's the mantra at NEDA.

Best derm I have seen in the entire northeast area, after seeing docs in CT, NY, and MA I finally found Dr. Marchione and will no longer see any other dermatologist. He is patient and explains exactly what is going on as well as answers any questions I have. I would recommend Dr. M or just NEDA in general to anyone in the Boston area who needs a good dermatologist. 5 Stars
