I visited Dr. Rob Shuester last year for bariatric surgery. I was so nervous and I had a few questions and Dr. Shuester was patient and kind in answering all my questions and concerns. 6 months later he performed the Gastric Bypass on me and the surgery went phenomenally. I'm on my way to meeting my goal weight and I'm grateful to Dr. Shuester in helping me in that journey.

Terrible; procrastinates about taking appropriate action to resolves urgent health issues, doesn’t follow up, doesn’t make eye contact, lack of empathy, concerned about his qualifications. Makes statements then contradicts statement.

I had a sleeve done about 2.5 years ago, and just after the two year mark started having serious abdominal pain, heartburn, and GI problems. Dr. Schuster quickly diagnosed a stricture and my sleeve was twisted. He put an urgent status on my case and revised it to a gastric bypass. I am two weeks post revision surgery and feeling amazing. No pain, none of the previous symptoms, no vomiting, no heartburn, no GI upset. He was quick and cared about ensuring that I got not only the best treatment possible, but the best resolution possible. If you're having issues with your sleeve please do NOT suffer in silence! Doctors like Dr. Schuster can and will help you resolve it!
