Patient Reviews (4)
in Boca Raton, FL |
I had a 10:00 AM appointment for which I showed up at 9:45. My wait was more than an hour and one half. When I finally got to see the Doctor he was not polite and after I said I wanted no part of Fusion, he completely turned off. Then said that he had patients waiting. He did not even allow me to finish my sentence. At most he spent 10 minutes with me. This is not the kind of physician I would ever want to see again or would recommend.
Let me clarify:In the 1.5hr, he took a long time to fill out 9-page intake sheet. It took me 25min to personally review his 3 MRIs & 5 documents. In actuality, he waited 20min. He came for a 3rd opinion. Its impossible to get detailed H&P,explain MRI & plan of care in 10 minutes!!! After 40minutes, he started to tell me a story 30 years old unrelated to his current issue. He got upset since I had to cut his story short b'cos other patients were waiting.BTW I never gave a surgical recommendation.

Went into his office in Dec/21. He immediately admitted me to the hospital after seeing an MRI. I had previously spent 6 days in Hositial in Seattle at Harborview without them doing as much as an xRay. The next day the doctor told me I had a 90% compression facture and needed surgery the next day. Shelth cleared his schedule on Christmas Eve to perform a 5 hour surgery to repair my compression fractured. If you need surgery use this doctor. I can now walk more than 5 miles a day. Use Shelf!!

He was amazing, squeeze me in as an emergency appointment. I crawled into his office and when I saw him, he admitted me for emergency surgery in the am. I now am pain free and can walk! I highly recommend Dr. Sheth
After waiting one hour to see the doctor (for a scheduled appointment) I gave up and left... making a patient wait over an hour to see the doctor reflects poorly on the whole office staff - it is just total BS. If the doctor is running THAT FAR BEHIND you need to reach out to the patients and let them know. My time is important as well.................
Filling out the detailed intake sheet can take sometime. By the time paper work was turned in, this patient had to wait ONLY 20 minutes. We respect everyone's time but Dr Sheth also respects the concerns and questions of ALL his patients who are being seen. He spends adequate time examining patients and then more time answering any questions they have. He has no control if his patients have questions. Trust me we are not having cocktails in the back.
