I just completed 18 months of IVIG treatments with Dr Sawhney. He is very professional, easy to talk to and caring. He spent time with me during each IVIG session to see how I was doing as well as answer any questions, concerns I had. s. The admin staff are excellent, Over the 18 months, I had a number of nurses responsible for my IVIG. They were all professional and caring. I would recommend Dr Sawhney and Valley Medical Oncology Consultants whole heartedly.

I ended up getting a DVT and a PE with micro clots in my lungs - not fun at all and Dr. Sawhney came every day to the hospital to see me for 6 days and made sure I was ok. He is very professional and has great bed side manner. that was about 8 years ago and I still drive almost 3 hours to have check up appts with him. I trust him and he gives me very good info about me and how to live my life on blood thinners. I highly recommend him

Dr. Sawhney is an excellent doctor. My anxiety level was extremely high and Dr. Sawhney took the time to list for me the different scenarios and tests he was going to run to determine the reason for an Igm protein in my blood. At each appt he would diagram next steps, and I would reference this document frequently. Today I received my diagnosis and I have a form of non-Hodgkins Lymphoma which will only require surveillance for now I feel blessed to be a patient of Dr. Sawhney’s.

Being diagnosed with lung cancer was overwhelming. Dr. Sawhney & staff guided me through my treatment with compassion, efficiency & an overall concern for my wellbeing. The care I received from Dr. Sawhney went beyond structured chemo. His practice offers services like acupuncture & massage that helped me stay strong & positive through tough times of treatment. He truly listened & took action to address how I was feeling and was always available to answer my questions. I am forever grateful.

Dr Rishi has been treating my ITP, I have been under a close care last year because my pregnancy made my ITP a lot worse. I felt that he always looked out for my best interest and even though I had to be under a high dose of steroids during the last few months of my pregnancy it was for the best and to make sure I had a safe delivery. Throughout the years him and his stuff are like family to me & I cannot imagine any other doctor doing a better job than him.

Dr. Sawney and the entire staff, especially Amita, deserve to be in the cancer "Hall of Fame". Step by step, I have gone from Stage 4 colon cancer that spread to the liver in Oct. 2015, to Stage 4 "Cancer Free" in April 2017. Dr. Sawney has surrounded himself with the most qualified and caring staff. It is my sincere admiration for the care and information that makes me grateful for listening to my great doctor! Dr. Sawney and Amita, and the staff of caregivers have absolutely set the standard

Dr. Sawhney is very caring and compassionate. He thoroughly explained my problem and the recommended treatment and why that particular treatment. Unlike a few doctors, he didn’t mind when I brought in web articles and asked questions about differences in his recommendations vs. what the web articles stated. His staff is incredible. They are organized, efficient, caring, and very, very friendly. I wish all doctor’s offices were run half as well as Dr. Sawhney’s.

Dr. Sawhney is so very kind and talented. My results were better than I'd hoped, but dead on with what he expected from treatment plans. He has fashioned a staff that is efficient, caring, compassionate and dedicated. Together they help make a scary experience into something so much more positive. His PA Amita is amazing! His nurses display great caring and compassion. Many compliments to the entire staff and so many thanks for your dedication and fine work!

Dr Sawheny is wonderful but the staff in the office (with the exception of the nurses) are really bad. It's the most unprofessional medical office I've visited. Hard to believe people in an oncologist's office, working with cancer patients, could care SO little about the patients
