This physician has fallen off in patient care due to impolite and incompetent staff. I’ve been a patient for 14 years and in the last eighteen months had my medical condition worsen due to inept staff and botched testing. The doctor was once top flight, but has chosen cosmetic modalities at the expense of long time patients with medical conditions. Go anywhere, but not to her. Sad when medical assistant tells you to find another provider to be rude and hurtful.

She did diagnose my skin condition, but when I asked about a totally different skin issue, she had no answer and advised me to take an allergy medicine. She didn't take time to really look at the problem or the extent of it. I am looking for a new dermatologist.

The staff is not friendly. They care more about money then they do about patients. Especially patients that have been with her for 20 years. The office is very dirty.

My experience in trying to communicate with Dr Johnson was very frustrating. Make sure you ask many follow-up questions because she doesn't expand on what to expect, alternatives, and outcomes! I'm very frustrated and can't get direct answers.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Johnson. I went in for radiation scarring from breast cancer treatment and hair loss. She never actually touched me--with or without a glove. She didn't ask questions to determine if medication from breast cancer treatment could be a cause for the hair thinning issues and she "diagnosed" my chest scarring from several feet away, stating that they were not able to treat it at that particular location. She neither listened nor asked questions. Curt, rushed.

0 STARS! My first & LAST appointment with the doctor of pain! No warning or explanation--freezing different places all over my face & one on my neck ----laughing at the pain she caused--telling me 'yes, I'm giving you a headache' & laughing as she did it. She then walked out, didn't act concerned about whether or not I had any other possible cancerous places, said 'come back in a year' but never told me what to do with the blistered places she created, NOT ONE WORD! My FIRST negative feedback!

I have been experiencing myalgia along with skin blisters and rashes. I was able to get in for that following Monday as Dr. Johnson was out for that week. At the waiting room for 30 minutes, I was told Dr. Johnson had an emergency and couldn't make it today. I begged to be seen and they said we'll see. The Dr. eventually made it in and as soon as she saw me started yelling "I cannot treat you if that is what you think, I can only prescribe for the rashes but you need to see another Doctor."

My infant has really bad eczema. Dr. Johnson spent 5 min in the room with us and didn't even complete a full assessment. She took one look at my infant and started rambling off all the things I needed to stop eating (because I was breastfeeding). On another occasion, I mentioned I had been researching the latest literature on wet wrapping. Dr. Johnson said all I needed to do was lotion my infant and put her in pj's. I found a Pediatric dermatologist and my infants eczema is better controlled.
