The office staff is horrible! Before even making the appointment the billing manager was extremely rude to my wife. We were told that she will decide if I’m even worth his time to see! I don not know how someone could even employ such a person with such bad manners on the phone and who lacks in the ability to speak to a human being! The last time I was I have canceled my surgery with Williams simply because of his staff and will be inquiring about my options with another surgeon within HSS.

I had a surgery with Dr. Williams. My experience with him and his staff was very bad. He was not professional with his communication or care. His staff was also so disorganized and unprofessional that I'm surprised they are working in medicine. Although my surgery failed, I would say the same thing if it had been successful. If you want a good experience I would steer clear of this doctor and staff.....likely outcome is not good.

Incredibly arrogant Dr. Office team of receptionists are RUDE as can be. I Called 6x over a month to schedule cortisone shot, secretary was nasty and hung up on me after I expressed my displeasure with this process. AWFUL staff. RUDE as can be. Scheduled my shot and 3 days after the injection received certified letter that Dr. Williams dropped me as a patient. With so many great doctors in NYC you be crazy to deal with this level of service. His office staff worst ever encountered!

This guy is so unprofessional it is not funny. He literally spent no time with me, and after I came back because the operation did absolutely nothing to relieve my pain, not only did he not care, but he literally spent 1 minute with me, told me he would be right back and never came back. He had his assistant come back in and tell me to get another MRI. I cannot express enough how unprofessional this guy is. I would love to report him because it was such a horrible experience.

Dr. Williams performed a surgery on me about 9 weeks ago. Per his instruction, I scheduled a follow up visit for week 7. The night before that appt, his staff called me to inform that he wouldn't be able to see me and rescheduled the appt for a week later. Getting there on time and still in pain, I was put to wait for over 1 hour. When i asked his nurse to see him quickly since i had to go back to work and didn't want to leave without telling the procedure had not yet produced the desired result

He is a lying awful Doctor. He operated on my son and then disappeared. Impossible to reach him after hours with an emergency. My son was in agony and dr. Williams was not on call as he said he would be and then the on call doctor wouldn't call back either. This happened two nights in a row. It happened 6 years earlier with my husband as well. We should have never gone back. He is DANGEROUS

Dr. Williams attended to my right knee. He was diligent as was his assistant. Once, it was deemed that I needed a total knee replacement, everything happened like a well-oiled machine. Dr. Williams was articulate, communicative and not condescending as so many health professionals seem to be lately. He exuded confidence, which was reassuring but I still felt apprehensive until after the surgery. Now, 2 years later, I am living proof that he is amazing. He gave me back my active lifestyle.

My daughter's ACL reconstruction failed a few days after Dr. Williams cleared her to return to sports. He then talked use into rehab rather than another surgery which led to a torn meniscus. He does not answer his phone calls when we notified him that she reinjured her knee.

My daughter has seen Dr. Williams and I have referred friends to Dr. Williams. Dr. Williams is a bright, personable Doctor who is excited about the work he does. Dr. Williams has always spent time with us explaining the procedure and answering any questions. Dr. Williams is working with clinical studies and seems to be on the forefront of new technology and not set on just standard procedures. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams to everyone.
