I visited Dr. Pospisil's office because of the pain I had in my lower back. He is such a great doctor and he has an amazing staff. He really helped me with the pain and now I'm much better, all thanks to him.

I have over 30 years of expertise evaluating and treating patients with a myriad of conditions involving the shoulder and knee. My clinical acumen as well as surgical skills have benefitted from the conisitent patient exposure over this period of time.i look forward to seeing my patients on a daily basis as I remain still enthused by my career choice and feel that I maintain my high quality os orthopaedic care as a consequence of enjoying what I provide.

Received additional specialized training in reparative procedures in the knee in an attempt to avoid or delay the necessity of total joint arthroplasty. This is a specialized procedure known a u subchondroplasty  which involves an injection of a bony paste that stabilizes the area as well as attracts new stem cells to repair the subchondral damage.
