in Richmond, VA |
Dr. Waller is extremely personable and has a great sense of humor. He asks about symptoms and truly listens to what his patients tell him. At a time when most of my other physicians continually try to put me on one medication or another, Dr. Waller respects my right and decision not to take medication and offers health solutions that do not incorporate pharmaceuticals. Dr. Waller is kind, caring, helpful, and the best of all the doctors I have seen. I have and will recommend him to others.

Dr. Waller saved my life! Not only is he an excellent neurologist, he noticed a mole on my arm and told me I needed to have it checked, even though my OB/GYN nor my FP doc mentioned. I took his advice and went to a dermatologist who didn't think it was anything to be concerned about, but removed it anyway. It turned out to be a malignant melanoma. Thanks so much Dr. Waller!

Was rushed. Felt like he really was listening to what I had to say.

Dr.Waller listens to your comments and your concerns about your condition and he answers them in an understanding and caring way. You fell as if he really cares about your health and well being. He takes his time with you and does not try to rush you out of the office. That means a lot to me and my wife. I would recommend him for anyone needing neurological care. Thanks to him I feel like I can live a fuller life with Parkinsons.

Truth is often criticized as rude. I would not judge a book by its cover. Dr. Waller is great.....he is helpful and thorough. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is not sensitive to the truth.

Dr. Waller has been a blessing to my brother who has lived his whole 32 years having seizures from a head trauma when he was 3 years old. He has seen many different neurologist and been on multiple medications. Dr. Waller was the only one that worked to alter his medication to control his seizures. I found him to be very straight forward and helpful.
Midlothian, VA |
Not sure what doctor these other patients are seeing. Dr. Waller is very straight forward & truthful. If you are looking for a doctor who does not beat around the bush. He gives accurate & necessary information. If you are looking for a doctor who shoots it straight and does not sugar coat things see Dr. Waller.
I spent maybe 15 minutes with Waller to get some onsite on my moms stroke, issues we are having with recommended cardiologist and how to proceed. No eye contact. No answers. Condescending and rude. If your elderly parents go here, pull them out. Terrible terrible "bedside manner" in his office. Unbelievable. Kudos to Jennifer who works with this office, this man and is kind and so patient. Can not believe my time there today. Still fuming.
Midlothian, VA |
Not helpful. Condescending. And some of his comments "recommendations" I found insulting and inappropriate. Not helpful.
in Midlothian, VA |
Dr. Waller spent little time talking to me about why I was in his office. He chose to focus on other medical issues that I am under treatment for with other medical providers. I did not appreciate his condescending attitude toward me.
