Dr. Vigness is a caring doctor. Very much educates his patients about the exact procedures and what to expect. I appreciated his caring for me as a patient after the procedure. He is so friendly and kind I would recommend him.

Dr. Vigness saved my life in 2010. I had a 5.1 aorta aneurysm and it "exploded" in Dr. Vigness' hands as he was operating on me. I owe him for my life- Ron Harris
