Dr. Vigness is not just a talented surgeon. He cares more than I've ever seen anyone care about his job. Anyone he performs surgery on is in the best and most caring hands. He is extremely honest, even if his thoughts are not optimistic and he refuses to sugarcoat things (which is good). He will spend endless hours making sure that his patients make it through, even when they have been passed to another doctor. This man is passionate about his career and is the definition of dedicated.

Dr. Vigness is a caring doctor. Very much educates his patients about the exact procedures and what to expect. I appreciated his caring for me as a patient after the procedure. He is so friendly and kind I would recommend him.

Dr. Vigness saved my life in 2010. I had a 5.1 aorta aneurysm and it "exploded" in Dr. Vigness' hands as he was operating on me. I owe him for my life- Ron Harris

Dr. Vigness is a great Surgeon and also a very nice man. Dr. Vigness performed a Triple A Aneurism on me in 2006 with great success. More recently on April 5th 2016 Dr. Vigness performed a lebodamy on me and removed my upper lobe on my right lung. Again, with great success. I will highly recommend Dr. Vigness to anyone who needs a surgeon.
