Care Philosophy

Patients need time, and they need careful explanations. They need explanations in a language they can understand. They don't need medical terminology. They need to know that there are options. They need to be involved in making choices for themselves...

What People Say About Dr. Richard Trohman, MD
Reply
In my 4.5 year struggle, with the significant ‘after-effects’ of thoracic surgery and chemotherapy, Dr Trohman stands-out as a beacon of hope, for relief from suffering. He has a ‘True-North’ understanding of the effects of specific and generalized pain that some patients experience as a result of treatment. He can part the fog and see the patient as a person as well as a clinical entity. Trohman, MD is a brilliant, caring human-being that listens and speaks compassionately. I trust him.
