What People Say About Dr. Richard Toran, MD
Reply
Dr Toran is a very pleasant fellow, overall, and and seems well-intentioned, but I left there thinking his viewpoints were a little bizarre. I wouldn't feel comfortable having him manage my care. I didn't feel that he was up on current research either. I hate to leave a negative review, but other potential patients should be aware.
