After waiting two hours the last time I saw him, he spent about 10 minutes with me. I felt like I was just a number and not a person when meeting with him. He has never answered my questions well or took any care about my concerns. Don't waste your time with Dr. Spitzer. His "secretary," as she is referred to, has also been extremely rude to me.

After waiting for 2 1/2 hours , Dr Richard Spritzer spent less than 10 minutes with us. He was flippant and uninterested in our concerns. He was downright dismissive about our genuine concerns about our mom’s rapidly deteriorating mental acuity. We felt pushed around and just another number on a chart to cross off the patients appointment schedule. We will seek another provider. We just cannot see putting our mom’s health under Dr Spitzer’s care. Not a good experience, quite the contrary
