This is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. He suggested that I might have brain cancer when there was no indication that I did. Then tried to push expensive tests on me when there was no indication that I needed them. No patient skills at all. He is a disgrace to the medical profession.

Dr Rood doesn't seem to take enough time with you in the room, he hardly talks, doesn't examine you (even when having issues). After my colonoscopy he never talked to me about my results during the follow up appointment (the entire point of the visit!). Recently I was put on Humira, and I believe I was reacting to it. I called his nurse and I still haven't heard back from ANYONE even after calling multiple times. It's been 2 weeks of being in pain. Absolutely unacceptable!! Don't waste your time

Never met a gastro dr who cares so little to what a patient has to say and what they are going through. Only idea he can come up with is put me on harsh drugs i have already been on that have caused even more problems. He couldnt even tell me anything about the drug. Very sad when a doc wont even get to know your condition and ignores symptoms your telling him. If you wanna be on the next immune system killing cancer causing drug this is your guy. If you want answers or help do to diff dr.
