I trust this man with my life... He gives excellent advice and cares deeply about your well being. He has become like family to me over the many years I have gone to him.
in Neptune |
Dr. Rhee is excellent. He is very thorough, he takes time to explain your condition and answer any questions you may have. The front desk staff is absolutely HORRIBLE. They are rude, unprofessional, have no sense of urgency, and do only half of what they need to do. They speak to you poorly and one woman (Donna) even hung up the phone on me when I was trying to get some answers. I love Dr. Rhee's work but you are only as good as your front desk so I will have to find another neurologist.

Dr. Rhee is great. His staff is awful. I'd been calling for hrs got busy signal. I tried from multiple phones. I had other people try and they got constant busy signal. if the office is open then there should be someone who answers. if not then an answering service. they are a doctors office. I tried faxing to no avail. I called meridian health and they got thru. When office staff called me bk she told me to stop yelling at her. Really. I was totally frustrated.
