Doctor seems fine. Receptionist not helpful.
I scheduled my last appointment online. I used their website, but they somehow couldn't find my appointment in THEIR system. Just kept repeating that they didn't see the appointment, even when I showed them my confirmation email. And asked me to state the reasons for the visit OUT LOUD in the public reception area. No apologies. No "he's not here, but nurse so-and-so can see you". No other semi-solutions. Nothing except scheduling me for a visit an entire MONTH in the future when I asked for the next availability.

Outstanding Practice
I have been a patient of Dr. Peebles for approximately 4 years, and have always received excellent service from the entire staff. Dr. Peebles does never rushed through my visits and asked questions about my health, as well as answering all of my questions completely. His office staff are always professional, courteous and available to answer questions when I call. I would highly recommend Dr. Peebles to anyone looking for a quality healthcare professional.

My appointment was scheduled for 1pm. When I got there the office was on lunch. I had no problem waiting. I saw the receptionist and another colleague walk in at 1:02pm. I tried to open the door but it still was locked. I remained patient. Finally at 1:08pm I become impatient and knocked on the door. The receptionist came to the door and I made her aware that I had an appointment at 1:00 she told me they had been trying to contact me to let me know that the doctor wasn’t in and that my appointment was canceled. They called a cellphone that was no longer mine but I updated on the site when I made the appointment. I then walked to the front desk to verify my information. The other receptionist stated she called my home number and someone hung up which I know wasn’t true I was extremely disappointed because normally if that was extremely disappointed that no second call was made to leave a voicemail. I was suppose to be a first patient I am extremely disappointed

It started off rocky at the front desk. I know with covid precautions. But the front desk dint even give me a chance to explain I’m my mom representative. She just went into she can’t be in here talking about my child. I thought it would be someone for her to sit in the hall but it was not. Next time we will bring folding chairs. I’m not one to leave my children with anyone because of personal reason. But after we got to the back with the nurse my mom was in the system and he old information prefilled. But we explain and I just moved past that part because I understand. I made a choice not to left that bother me. Once we got in met the doctor. Blew our minds away. It’s hard finding a good doctor that listen to patients. My mom gets Medicare and some doctors don’t care about the quality of care giving to those patients. He look myself and my mom in the eyes entire time, then came up with a plan so see what we need to do and work on for her. So he can either take away or add to her trea
