Office staff very disrespectful and break hippa laws. He sees patients based on insurance and income instead based on need of care.

I feel Dr Pearce is probably one of the best orthopedic surgeons in the south. I am 3 week post-op from lumbar fusion and I find myself walking 2 miles a day without pain. This is a miracle.

I cannot imagine going to another spine surgeon. He is likely the best in the greater Chattanooga area and his easy going manner makes you relaxed and comfortable.

Dr. Pearce is an excellent spine surgeon. To "Anonymous" who gave him a 1 star review on 8/14/16...all I can say is merely reading your comments wore me out and I feel sorry for ANYONE involved in your care that day. You obviously believe you are more important than any other patient.
