Dr. Otto is the kind of doctor anyone would want. He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to show it, plus he is an extremely competent medical professional who, in my opinion, is more knowledgeable, capable, and competent than the majority of his peers. I’ve been to MANY family practitioners over the years and I truly feel he is the best of all of them. I would highly recommend him to my closest friends and family, and anyone else looking for a terrific doctor.

New patient. Arrived for my appointment and Dr. Otto had an emergency and was not in office. They said they could not reach me to let me know. I asked if they received email I had sent previous week (with forms they requested from me) and after some time young lady at front desk informed me “It went to spam.” Therefore they did not order my records from previous out-of-state doctor. Very unorganized. Will not go back.

Understanding, willing, and apt. Dr. Otto is the best doctor i've ever had. He has ZERO conflicts of interest. Dr. Otto will prescribe what he thinks will best help, and values the patients opinion. I've been seeing Dr. Otto for years now and he's never once suggested something unless i'd brought it up before. This man cares about your health and general wellbeing. highly recommended. I will say, tho, I sometimes feel victimized by the people manning the phones. Very recent tho. Kelly is great

Has an I Q and memory of medications and possible side effects or possible harm from combining medications that seems unbelievable. Accurately Diagnosed 2 serious medical conditions from simply reading my personal medical chart that was confirmed by endoscopy and bone density scan. I had been seen by many doctors who were mystified to the point of having a catheter camera inserted to check out my heart believing I was in the Middle of a heart attack. I was not. Dr. Otto accurately Esoph/spaz #1.

Dr. Richard Otto - I don't even have words to express how fantastic he is. First new doctor I've had in many many years. He made me feel calm, comfortable, and like a human. Dr. Otto talked me through the entire exam explaining every step of every procedure. Charlie his nurse was also fantastic. Very very warm and kind. This is the most awesome medical facility I have ever been in. The staff is so friendly and down to earth. So welcoming and warm. Highly recommend Family Medical Center. NOW
