Dr. Otero is very Great Doctor listens to you and very Compassionate. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Dr. Otero performed a colonoscopy on me. His staff was great, and the process was as easy as could be hoped for on a colonoscopy. He was there for me right when I woke up to give me the results and explain things to me. I was very happy with him and his team.

He is very thorough and attentive. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. I've used him for several years and would not consider going to anyone else.
Gregory, TX |
Dr Otero was very condescending and rude. When I asked about the Mayor Clinic vs treatment he had available he replied why don't you hop on a plane and fly there. After this legit question he no longer seemed as if he wanted to help . He then offered a full refund as if he was admitting he no longer wanted help. We took the refund. Very unprofessional.
