Excellent Pulmonary Specialist
Dr. Millman is an excellent Pulmonary Specialist whom I have been with for a number of years. It is sometimes difficult to talk to someone in the office about appointments etc. but you have to give it a few tries and you'll succeed. I would not change for another Specialist in the area since I have a good relationship with him and have found him to explain diagnoses well and have trust in his judgment. Thank You Dr. Millman for your expertise and friendship!

400 referrals ahead of me...Difficult to schedule
Dr. Millman requires a referral so my PCP sent over the referral. When I called to schedule, I was told that the coordinator needs to review and she has 400 ahead of me! Seriously...400?

After 34 years with Dr Millman, we left him for a more available sleep apnea dr. Calls were not returned - VERY RUDE STAFF! Don't relay messages or return calls. His extremely rude assistant said he's very busy. He'll get back to you whenever he can. No calls for weeks that turned into months. Still NO response. After year of this nonsense, we found another pulmonary Dr & asked for our records to be sent to him. As of now, the Dr never got them. .... Now over 1 YEAR! later, we get an appt notice for Dr Millman in the mail that states we're overdue for our appt! Unbelievable! We know he's overworked, but we need a Dr to oversee this Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Sad to see such a very good Dr change like this.

Dr. Millman is an outstanding doctor whom I would recommend to anyone looking for a great pulmonary specialist. However, his office has perhaps the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Numerous times I have had appointment problems, and most recently, I have waited almost two months for my medical records to be sent to another doctor. In fact, as of this writing, although I have received numerous guarantees, the records have not yet been sent.
