As arrogant as they come! Does not attempt to talk with patient before OR after procedure. Too busy to read your chart which causes possible disasters. Wouldn't take a stray dog to him.

My wife had a colonoscopy. We arrived at 6am as instructed. This was after the original procedure was rescheduled for a week later for a conflict with the Dr's schedule. At 6:30, a nurse told us the Dr was late with car trouble. 2 hours and 50 minutes later, we were told he's here now. He got a ride. I'm sorry for his inconvenience. Has he, by chance ever heard of Uber, Lyft..??? I work with patients everyday! Schedules are set to be kept. I understand emergencies completely. But if you have patients scheduled, and your car won't start, call Uber. I'm sure we can cover the cost along with our co-pay. This was a rude disrespectful way to treat your patients. The lack of concern is truly staggering. I'm glad it was only a colonoscopy, and not major surgery.

Dr. Mac is a caring, knowledgeable doctor and person. If he doesn't have the answer for you, he goes out of his way to find a solution. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff! I don't know what I would do without him!

He spent a long time with me and explained things well. He doesn't use an ipad In the office, so it felt like he was really paying attention to me, thinking about my problems.

Procedures were to start at 1230, he showed up around 215pm. He didn't have a clue as to who I was or anything about why I was having procedures done. Once procedures were done, he never came to talk to me whatsoever. overall bedside manner was horrible. I only went to him bc I was referred to him and needed these tests done ASAP. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANY ONE.
