Dr. Levine showed great patience in guiding me through my apprehension for knee replacement surgery. He took great care in the initial alternative treatment prior to knee replacement. Once it was agreed upon for surgery, he walked me through every step with precision and confidence. I highly recommend Dr. Levine and his team. You will be impressed!

Dr. Levine is a no nonsense professional. He performed a complete ACL reconstruction on my knee. Following his guidance, and taking therapy and home workouts serious, his perfect job on my ACL allowed him to release me from follow ups after just 7 months. Quote.. "I was strong as an ox!" He's the Best! Kevin P. Welsh

I need care and contact. I had to seek another surgeon when my legitimate pain and post-surgery issues were not considered. I have been through hell on crutches for months post arthroscopic surgery. Now at the hands of another surgeon due to bone marrow edema, sprained ligaments and swelling and pain that I can't explain. All I asked was to be heard and I've been ignored. Now I am facing a total knee replacement after six months of horiffic pain that ruined my life. I call & no answer!!

Second time seeing Dr Levin and as always his attention to my injury and recommendation based off of my goal to return fully to activities was excellent. Being a retired SWAT officer still active in athletics ,coaching, and security instruction it was imperative to return to 100%. I have . And I thank Him for his professionalism and treatment.
in Edgewood, MD |
Dr. Levine provided clear and direct discussion of my sons condition & our treatment options. He explained what needed to be done, the recovery time and any risks. My son recovered 100% and very fast under his care along with his physical therapists.

I highly recommend Dr. Levine related to treatment of a bad knee and ultimate replacement. He is extremely experienced, knowledgeable and provides clear, concise responses to any questions you have.

Clear, direct, intelligent discussion of condition & treatment options. Worked with me to plan course of action. Recovery 100% and fast; follow up care compassionate and excellent.
in Middle River, MD |
I would recommend you have Dr Levine for shoulder problems that are causing you pain. My pain was due a problem with my rotator cuff and it was fixed with arthroscopic surgery followed by physical therapy. In just 7 weeks my range of motion was back and I was discharged without any restrictions.
in Baltimore, MD |
Dr. Levine is a kind ,caring doctor who will listen to you , and will provide you with the best possible care . Dr . Levine did my rotator cuff surgery May 2016 and while I was seeing him on that my knee was also bothering me and he took the time and addressed that problem while I was there . What a really great Doctor and I will not be giving him up as my Orthropedic surgeon.
in Baltimore, MD |
Very disappointed that Dr. Levine did not seem concerned at all, about the pain I was experiencing. He said he did not think an arthroscopy would help, but said he would not advise a total knee replacement. I said the pain is very difficult to live with and taking Aleve does not help at all. I told him I plan to get a second opinion.

Dr Levine is everything you want in a surgeon. First and for most he listens to your concerns. He then carefully reviews your options with you. He will allow you to make the final decision though he will advise you appropriately on the pro's and con's of your final decision. He provides his professional medical opinion without taking away your right to provide input... He is awesome!
in Bel Air, MD |
Dr Levine and everyone in his office were always willing to work with us. They took their time to explain and make sure we understood everything.
in Bel Air, MD |
Knowledgeable and efficient.
in Abingdon, MD |
Dr. Levine has operated on my knees four times. He's very professional, knows his stuff and supportive. The more I've dealt with him, the more I appreciate his dry humor and bed side manner.
