Dr. Richard G. Levine is a first-class surgeon. He is highly professional, caring, experienced and talented. He performed surgery on both shoulders: the right shoulder in 2014; the left in 2019. He did a truly great job on both. I extend to him my thanks and gratitude for restoring my ability to function as if there had never been any tendon tears.

Awesome surgeon, highly recommend. I am pretty much pain free in my shoulder and he did a great job on the surgery. Easy going guy who makes you feel comfortable and explains the entire process clearly. Also, a huge plus - I never wait for a long period of time when I went in for office visits for post-op follow-up.

Dr. Levine is a patient's dream. I had rotator cuff surgery after a bad fall and picked his name from reviews I read. He saw me immediately and fit me into his busy schedule for surgery the next week. The surgery went well and after 4 months of PT am feeling great. He is my hero!

Dr. Richard Levine is a great Orthopedic specialist as he treated me for my othropedic right knee problems. He first works with you to try non-surgical treatments for your problem. If those don't work he then talks to you about surgical ways to help your problem. I had a uni-lateral knee replacement and ACL reconstruction at the same time. HIs bed side manners are really great he treats each patients case like a family member. I had an infection that was not expected during my healing process.

I've seen Dr. Levine several times and had a total knee replacement. He is a very kind man, takes the time to personally return a phone call, and listens to what you are saying at an office appointment. His staff at Timonium and Bel Air are kind and courteous at all times. I would highly recommend Dr. Levine to anyone requiring his expertise.

What a difference one year makes! I have been a patient of Dr. Richard Levine’s for over four years. He had great patience with me as we discussed my goals as an athlete. I exhausted all options and finally decided on a partial knee replacement. Dr. Levine guided me and simplied the process. The aftercare and follow through exceeded my expectations. His team was excellent! A year later, I continue with CrossFit, short runs and have been cleared to ski. Thank you Dr. Levine and team!

After the usual progression of care with Dr. Levine for my left knee over a decade, my right knee presented for immediate replacement. Dr. Levine was responsive to urgent nature of need and worked me in only a few weeks after decision to replace. He was communicative throughout the process and my family and friends were impressed with my quick recovery and lack of real pain. He worked to bring me back to the high level of activity I expected to continue in spite of my age. more

Dr. Levine is a no nonsense professional. He performed a complete ACL reconstruction on my knee. Following his guidance, and taking therapy and home workouts serious, his perfect job on my ACL allowed him to release me from follow ups after just 7 months. Quote.. "I was strong as an ox!" He's the Best! Kevin P. Welsh

I need care and contact. I had to seek another surgeon when my legitimate pain and post-surgery issues were not considered. I have been through hell on crutches for months post arthroscopic surgery. Now at the hands of another surgeon due to bone marrow edema, sprained ligaments and swelling and pain that I can't explain. All I asked was to be heard and I've been ignored. Now I am facing a total knee replacement after six months of horiffic pain that ruined my life. I call & no answer!!

Second time seeing Dr Levin and as always his attention to my injury and recommendation based off of my goal to return fully to activities was excellent. Being a retired SWAT officer still active in athletics ,coaching, and security instruction it was imperative to return to 100%. I have . And I thank Him for his professionalism and treatment.
