I originally asked Dr Lee for a procedure to surgically remove under eye bags. He instead steered me toward resurfacing my face with a laser and assured me it would take care of the bags and get rid of fine lines. Trusting him, I agreed to his professional guidance thinking this would give me an even better outcome. During the laser treatment, he hit an area with absolutely no numbing. None. I can not even begin to explain the excruciating pain I was in as he finished the procedure. It was horrible. Horrible. After my healing process, I did notice a change in the fine lines, but the bags under my eyes were not affected. I felt my trust in Dr Lee was completely betrayed. In fairness, he also operated on my nose after I broke it (which was prior to the other procedure) and I was very satisfied with his work. If I could have a “do over” I would have gone elsewhere for the eye procedure. I still need my eyes addressed. Saving for it.

Dr. Lee/staff have been so incredibly caring and helpful. My husband had an unfortunate accident while we were on vacation near Idaho and Dr. Lee completed his surgery during his hospital stay. Dr. Lee was so patient, caring and understanding. He answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable with the surgery and my husbands recovery. We would recommend Dr. Lee to anyone in Idaho Falls. We had a wonderful experience with him and wish we could continue seeing him if we lived in Idaho!

I have a reoccurring condition that flares about every six months on average. I called the office to make arrangements for a treatment and waited for two days with no response. If it is something that they cannot resolve it would have been nice to know instead of waiting for a call for two days which I never got only to have the condition get worse. This just seems unethical to me.

Dr. Lee is great. Unfortunately his office staff treated me like a number. We will not be following up with him due to poor effort on their part to return phone calls after surgery or get prescriptions filled. Almost like once surgery was finished we no longer mattered.

My 2 1/2 yr old daughter was in need of removing her tonsils. Be so young, we were very reluctant. Dr. Lee was easy to work and schedule with. Following her surgery, he even provided us with his personal number to reach him over the weekend if necessary. Very personal and patient. Would recommend him to anyone needing and ENT.

After 22 years of very limited hearing in one ear, misdiagnosed by other doctors, Dr. Lee reconstructed my middle ear and I can hear again. He explained and answered all of my questions before the surgery. He is a very competent, gifted and humble man.
