Care Philosophy

Born and raised in New Orleans, I graduated from Tulane University and the LSU School of Medicine. After completing a General Surgery residency at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, I returned home and have had the privilege of providing surgical care to my Northshore neighbors since 2002. I perform a wide range of general surgery procedures and have a special interest in the surgical management of breast cancer.

Our Ochsner staff and I strive to provide convenient, high quality, evidence based care in our local Northshore clinics. My professional philosophy is to always provide the quality care, personal attention, and understanding I would expect for any member of my family.
