Richard Kennedy believes in putting his patients first, which is why he identifies with One Medical Group's patient-centered care philosophy. Through careful listening, teaching, and patient advocacy, he allows patients to play active roles in their own wellness plans. Richard finds alternative health care and cancer prevention especially interesting, and he firmly believes that "all of us have a gift to give to the human family—mine happens to be health care." Richard volunteers with the Breast Cancer Survivor's Group and the Men's Health Network. To stay fit, he enjoys walking, drinking plenty of water, and eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables. His hobbies include golf, listening to music, and dancing. Richard attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed the Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons Internal Medicine Program at Harlem Hospital. He is board certified in internal medicine.
