Dr. Kearns was recommended to me 20 years ago. He has been my best surgeon for orthopedic surgeries. My bones aren't great. Every time I have had to have a problem addressed he has been there to handle what was going on. I trust him implicitly. His skills and abilities have brought me to better ortho health. I have recommended him to many friends and shall continue to do so. He recently replaced my right hip. I walked that day several times. My personal care and reclaiming my independence are returning swiftly. This was only 2 weeks tomorrow. Thanks to him I can return to many activities already. I will always recommend and return for other necessary care. Thank you very much Dr. Kearns.

Dr. kearns is a good Doctor for knee and Hip Surgery!! I had him do my rt knee replacement in 2015 , it turned out well!! However, I was having moderate to sever pain in my rt hip to my knee replacement. He visually examined me and more or less told me it was my back . He wrote me a script for a medrol dose pk and got rid of me . I could not hardly walk. It seems to me he could have ordered a lower back xray and at least confirmed his visual examination? And he could have helped me get into a back doctor a little better? He was in a very Cranky Mood??? I needed some relief !!

Clean friendly efficient professional . Dr Kearns did both my hip replacements and I have no trouble even now 16 years later. Great followup . Wait time could be shorter but worth the wait to have him on the case. A++++ Dr, PA and staff!

I thought Dr. Kearns did an excellent job in replacing my left knee. After two months of surgery, the pain is minimal and it is getting better everyday. Dr. Kearns also provided a written guidance as to what to do and what to expect during stages of recovery. I am very satisfied with the results of surgery.

Dr. Kearns was highly recommended so we chose him to perform my husband's hip replacement. Not only did all go well with surgery & recovery, but we are especially grateful because his dedicated assistant (Kim) worked diligently & successfully on our behalf to convince our insurance company to accept Texas Orthopedic Hospital as in-network! Thank you Dr. Kearns & Kim!

Dr. Kearns replaced my hip in January 2000. By April of 2000 I was riding my horse again. Dr. Kearns selected to best replacement joint available in 2000. That joint has lasted 20 years. It functions just fine and I'm still riding horses. If you need a new hip Dr. Kearns is the best choice.

After consulting with a couple other orthopedic surgeons I chose Dr. Kearns for my knee replacement surgery immediately after our consultation. He was respectful and clearly explained the problems and how the surgery would affect me. My surgery was a complete success and both my GP and PT were impressed with how well I recuperated post-surgery. His staff was friendly and professional and I would choose him again without hesitation. Thanks!

I have been VERY pleased with Dr. Kearns. I have had both hips replaced by Kearns. The first one in April 2016 and the other in August 2016. Life changing!! Only regret is that I did not find him sooner. Great experience with Kearns and Texas Orthopedic Hospital. Both are top notch and I highly recommend both.
