8 HOURS before my misdiagnosed surgery, Dr. Karlin called (because I got a second opinion) and told me my ribs were inflamed and to take Advil and that I would be fine. I was mere HOURS away from getting a surgery that would forever alter my body but Dr. Karlin prevented that. However, its been almost a month and I haven't been able to get my $700 back from his office. He is a great doctor but not great if you need your money back. It's been 3 weeks and have not received money that I need.

Dr. Karlin has exceeded my expectations for 2 surgeries now. He was very concerned for my comfort during the procedures and explained each step. His personality and bedside manner is very reassuring and honest. He has many years of experience and treats you like an individual by listening and explaining in great detail the areas of concern, options and the procedure needed. This attention to the needs of the patient is not something that I have seen in many years from any doctor!
