Bravo, Dr. Hsi, his nurse Joe, and the entire operating room staff at the Halverson Cancer Center, in Evergreen Hospital, for their professionalism, their caring, their skills, intelligence and good humor. , I entered the operating room with confidence that the outcome would be successful. I experienced little, if any, of the unpleasant after effects following my brachytherapy, on September 7, 2017.

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in Oct of 2016. Like most, one is left a little dazed and confused and with the looming question of, what now? What do I do next? The first doctor I saw after my diagnosis was, THANKFULLY, Dr. Hsi. His professional, optimistic demeanor quickly put me at ease. He thoroughly explained every step of the procedure using precise language and visual aids. I left his office with a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. I now had a plan with which to move forward.

Dr Hsi is an incredible physician who is a leading clinical expert and researcher in radiation treatment and brachytherapy for patients with prostate Cancer. He is caring and willing to explain anything. Technically speaking he is well versed and entirely up to date in his field, so reassuring! He treated my husband a little over a year ago and he was a great source of support to both of us, coping with all sorts of side effects typical with tx for prostate cancer. He is part of a terrific team!
