Dr. Ho is thorough in every appointment I have with him. He's always up to date with new researches, and even took me off Prilosec because it causes Kidney damage. The new med is not so great, but I love my kidneys, so working on changing my diet. The office staff are great, and I never have any problems getting an appointment when I need it. If I need a specific doctor, he looks in his black book, and there I go! I have recommended him to friends and family, and their experiences mirror mine.

doesn't seem to take me seriously. Usually rude when I see him. My last appointment went about 5min and he was in such a rush that he got out of his work clothes and into his car before I even got to unlock my car. His concerns are elsewhere, not with his patients. He also wouldn't send my prescriptions to the pharmacy I wanted because they were giving him a hard time with it... Whatever that means.

Took me off medication that was helping, refuses to work with me and is extremely rude to me most often.
