Dr. Harper is excellent neurosurgeon - world renowned. I had laminectomy - ruptured disc. Had obviously thoroughly read my patient info at first meeting - commented, asked good questions Conservative - only does surgery when only or best option to resolve the problems Listens. Answers questions...Read More

I'm sure Dr. Harper is excellent at what he does, though he could not help me. He told me I had severe damage to my spinal cord, and that surgery nor any type of therapy would have the slightest effect.
