Fall City, WA |
I had an appointment to see Dr. hall for an IME. I walked into his office and his receptionist was asleep. I banged on her desk 3 times before she woke up. He made his judgements about my future in less than ten minutes. I spent months trying to get my claim reopened. I have a serious back condition and need surgery.
IME 2.7.13 (MCN).I cancelled 2.6.13 R shoulder surgery to attend IME. 2011 Wal~Mart unsafe work, vio- lating wac 296.800's core safety rules. We're told, 'stop using shop carts on sales floor'.Retail requires 2 h ands.Had to isolate 1 arm as transport.Caused twisting, contorting, jerking to prevent dropping heavy ar mload of garments doing job 1 handed.Diagnosed bilateral multiple partial tears, cervical strain. R. Hall denied cervical strain as part of rotator cuff strain in bias of Wal~Mart.
