Waited 9 months for an appointment. Arrived 30 mins early. 30 mins later asked how much longer the wait would be and was told another 40 MINS! That's an hour and 10 mins PAST the appointment time. UNACCEPTABLE!

Dr Haas has really helped me with my insulin sugar control for my type 2 diabetes. He is a very caring and thorough specialist, and he will call you back! He is well worth the long waiting times for an appointment at either Umass or Heywood Hospital.
