This is hands down the absolutely most skillful, knowledgeable, professional, caring Dr. I have had the privilege of becoming one of his patients. He acted with a sense of urgency and kept me calm and steady but knowledgeable about the seriousness of my new heart issue, my first surgery and heart surgery at that, I was kept comfortable and informed, his staff was very kind and informative and my care was very personalized. I will always recommend this Dr. And his wonderful staff.

Dr. Downey did a surgery recently on my aunt and it turned into a very lengthy, difficult surgery but he took all the extra time and energy to perform it to bring her through.
