He is an extraordinary doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and their conditions. He personally invests himself in your care, providing the best solutions available promptly. His follow up is amazing.

I research everyone and everything before I do anything, and I was hesitant to see Dr. Crank about my knee because of the negative reviews. But I know that Happy customers rarely write reviews, and disgruntled people do! With that being said, if you need a great doctor look no further! He is a smart, and very caring man and and I couldn't have been happier with him. I am so glad I chose him and didn't let the reviews sway my thinking. I am confident he will take good care of me and my knee!

I was referred to Dr. Crank in 5, 2016. I was referred to him in 11, 2016 as I had a torn MCL - I went back w/ skepticism & anxiety as well as bringing someone w/ me for support. He makes you feel intimidated 1st time ever experience this w/ a DR ever. He is the most inconsiderate, arrogant person I have ever dealt w/ in any profession. I asked question to asst / she went to DR and behind closed doors I could hear everything he had to say about the situation& there was xrays!! Would not GO BACK!

Dr Crank was knowledgeable and professional . Both my husband and myself were impressed with the time he spent with us. I almost didn't keep my appt because I read two unfavorable reviews. I'm so thankful I kept it! He couldn't have been nicer and he was very informed and very caring.

I went to see him due to a a stab wound to hand. My 1sr appt he seemed to be a bit abrupt. His exam was short and I was given vague discharge instructions. My 2nd appt to have my stiches removed was worse. He spent maybe 2 min in the room and when ask to extend my fingers, I was in the process when he grabbed my fingers and thumb and yanked them straight which caused intense pain. He then told me that if I was not going to move my hand we may as well just cut it off.

I was referred to Richard Crank in 2013. The entire experience was awful. He had a terrible bedside manner as I was with him less than 2 minutes. He did not want to listen to a single thing I had to say. Fast forward to Jan.2017 and again I went back to him but with skepticism. He is the most inconsiderate, disrespectful, arrogant human being I have ever met. Again it was less than 2 minutes. Again he did not want to listen. He said the complete opposite from his assistant. Would not recommend!!

Had total hip replacement with Dr. Crank ... he was amazing. He is easy to talk to, always available to me and was very supportive of my physical therapy appointments. He goes that extra bit for his patients, but always tells the truth, no sidestepping issues. He made my surgery so much easier, without pushing medications; which most doctors do. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a doctor that cares about his patients.
