Dr. Cartledge replaced my aortic valve using a much less invasive procedure than other surgeons offered. He is a highly skilled, compassionate surgeon and does a good job of answering questions in a way anyone can understand. When in for simple heart procedure, only to wait up with 6" scars on side stomach and back . Chest tubes and collapsed lung . NEVER SEEN DOCTOR AGAIN, RELEASED FROM HOSPITAL 2 days later with pain pills and oxygen tanks for home. Never heard from doctor or his office . Needed to go to Westside to...Read More

Almost in a moments notice he saved my life!!!! he removed a massive mass of fluid living between my heart and lung and was undetected....I have had a wonderful recovery!!! I would highly recommend him and his decisions on the spot...I'm most grateful!!! This hospital is lucky to have him!!!
