I've been a patient of Dr. Richard Carter's for over two years. He has overseen my breast cancer treatment and care since the beginning. He is kind, compassionate, and cares about his patients. He is extremely responsive, and puts you at ease. Though my surgery was over two years ago, I haven't forgotten how he spent time speaking with my husband afterward. He is a phenomenal doctor, and an even better person. Additionally, the staff at Richmond Surgical Specialists are all friendly and genuinely care.
