Dr. Carter is as competent and skilled a surgeon as one could hope for. After years of back pain, with no relief, I asked for a consultation with him. He showed me the X-Rays he ordered, revealing Lumbar Spinal Stenosis, which he suspected, but he also found evidence of Cervical Stenosis. I then...more

Very unconcerned about our visit. Checked his phone 3 times in 10 minutes of me being in his office. He did surgery on me in 2012 and this was a terrible visit. I also waited 4 months to get into him and he offered no treatment plan
