Reply
I found the office staff, namely Mary, to be very cordial ,prompt and efficient. But the emg technician, Maureen I think her name was , was delightful, caring and efficient. As far as Dr Buckler, o saw very little of him but he was cordial, explained everything well and answered my questions. Unfortunately the results did not get to my recommending physician ,as promised ,in time for my appointment which made the examination to determine next steps difficult . Too bad because I was pleased with everything else

The office staff make visiting him dreadful. They are very unprofessional and do not keep their word. They make appointments, and then cancel them often. They say things will be done, and then they aren't done as promised. They are also rude and have reduced myself and my wife to tears. Don't waster you time here. Find another doctor.
