Very poor service to current patients. Had my annual appoint with Dr Brooks. They canceled my appointment twice Each time putting the next appointments out several months. Today I had an appointment at 1:15pm, I arrived early 15 min prior, In the office at 1:00pm to the scheduled time. Because there was other patients in front of me, the receptionist spoke to me at 1:10 to say i was too late and the Doctor would not see me. Looking for another Doctor. I will never go back to them.

I have been back with Dr. Brooks for 2 years. I have been getting botox injections on a regular basis. He is difficult to get through to.. most of the time he is out of the office. My botox is no longer working as well and as long. I called the office to get a preventive medication, and he refused. Today I call for an medrol pack to be called in due to the chronic migraine i have had for the last 6 days. He is out of the office today and have to go thru the PA. I am changing providers..
