Dr. Anderson, are you kidding me? Only the best of the best! My entire cervical spine had to be fused. And then a lumbar surgery fusion. As a rule, I don’t trust surgeons; but both his PA and Dr. Rick himself were quick to gain my confidence and friendship.

All staff, DR. A, PA-c, Jim and office person Erica are all excellent to work with. Jim is Excellent and his expertise and caring manner is exemplary. Dr. Anderson is very professional, explains the risks and benefits of potential needed surgeries. I had a neck spinal fusion and highly reccomend Dr A and MrJim. My only complaint is nurses in pacu(post op) are not up to par of nurses in Other surgi centers( Wason Ave), and Baystate. Need some new enthusiastic nurses c good attitudes Lp

I found Dr Anderson to be excellent, very knowledgeable. He was a through in his examination, worked to get me in to surgery before the 6 week waiting period insurance requires. I was very unhappy with the care of the staff from Mercy hospital. Heather can be very abrupt, unprofessional. After experiencing some of the clientele she deals with, I could fully understand her attitude. Only so many pill seekers, insurance scammers, one can deal with patiently.

I received a phone call today from Dr. Anderson receptionist for a second opinion for my herniated disc, she proceeded to say you have HNE and you have a deductible and copay of $2000 to meet when you go see him, I said that's incorrect it's only a office visit for a second opinion, she then said this is what you have to pay, I said then cancel my appt I will call HNE about this, she then said VERY RUDELEY fine this is how are office works, and hung up the phone on me, unprofessional office.

One of the most unfriendly physicians I have ever dealt with. However, I found his assistant to be very caring and extremely knowledgeable. Heather at the front desk was condescending and spoke to me like a ten year old. I would not recommend.
