For three years this dr continued to tell me my ear problem was no big deal. Three years of ear drops and excercises. Not untill my ear was finally discharging black gunk did my regular physician not dr. Abriss my ENT order me a cat scan. Three surgeries later and a missing ear drum and hearing bone due to a colsteatoma. My hearing in my left ear is gone. To say I am less the satisfied is an understatement.
