My vision doctor for 10+ years. Did cataract surgery on both eyes, couldn't believe how easy it was. He shows concern and care and takes time to explain your situation. Highly recommend.

Dr Hsei was never friendly as courteous as I was from my first appointment w/ him. He never advised me on the condition of my dry eye. Appeared to be irate easily. On one occasion, he came into the office chuckling in a ridiculing manner. Obviously, he wouldn't be responsible for his staff...more

Dr. Hsei is not user friendly. I mentioned that I felt blown off by either his staff or him over my concern related to an ocular migrane. I asked the receptionist if i should come in. She said if i wanted to she would give me an appointment. I asked her to ask him if it was important to get it...more
