San Marcos, TX |
I loved the staff and have had great experiences with other doctors here but I've never had a painful eye exam (with 20 years of going to the ophthalmologist twice a year) until my visit with Dr. Cole. He was also incredibly patronizing and condescending. It was not a positive experience and I will be requesting to see a different doctor from now on.

I have no complaints with the doctors in this practice and have gone to Dr. Cole for years. I do have a complaint about an office staff who is inefficient and has no tact. I was called to be notified that my appt was canceled AFTER I was sitting in the waiting rm for my appt. No apology was given until I asked for one. Not good customer service at all! Several other minor mishaps happened in a previous appt but those can be overlooked. I will be looking for another dr.

When I needed a piece of metal removed from my eye, not only did Central Texas Eye Center fit me into their very busy Friday schedule almost immediately but Dr. Cole had me back in on Saturday for a follow up. A very professional and courteous operation. Dr. Cole was very thorough and took time to explain all steps of what was going on and possible complications. He made it a wonderful experience to have someone go at my eye with a burring tool!
