I cannot recommend this doctor. When lab results came back I was told that I would have to wait three months to speak with the doctor about the results because she does not speak with patients by phone about the results. I tried over and over to speak with the staff but kept getting put on hold and never wound up getting a live person. When I asked for a copy of the results I had to do my own online research, which showed medical conditions that require treatment.

Impossible to reach staff or doctor Awaiting important medication for two months and can't get through. Just keep leaving messages absurd how badly they treat patients with medical conditions

Dr Freedman is so loving and comprehensive. I've never met a more caring and conscientious doctor. The best!!!

Dr. Freedman forgot to check my blood for thyroid level, even she knew I have hypothyroidism and I didn't see her a year. I got a call from her medical assistant and she mistakenly gave me medical treatment based on a year old blood test. I called many times, asking a doctor or office manager call me back, but they never did. Finally they decided to check my 10 days old blood for thyroid level, not sure that it was accurate. I lost my trust for this doctor. Doctor's stuff is also rude.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND DR.FREEMAN OR THE OFFICE TO ANYONE. I had 1 visit that I received the bill for and was told to have 2 test done (that I was also billed for.) The follow through from the doctor was non existent. It took numerous attempts by phone and a trip to the office to finish getting information. I have come to realize that trying to communicate with her and the office is a waste of time.

Front desk is HORRIBLE. I was placed on hold and was just left there to wait over 15 minutes ( 3 diff attempts) . I finally get a hold of someone in the boca office and I get transferred to a recording after giving her my information. I call back and mentioned I just called a minute ago, and the person hangs up on me before I even finish my sentence. Why is it so hard to get decent service at any doctor's office? It's like the staff is made up of miserable zombies who hate their job.
