Dr. Star is best Gyno specialist we have seen in Orlando so far. We have been seeing her through out my wife’s pregnancy. She is Dedicated, caring, answering all questions, made sure proper medication is prescribed. My wife was in labor at around midnight and was going through painful contractions. Doctor star arrived on spot as soon she heard that we are in hospital and was with us through labor and she made sure baby was delivered without any problems. We owe you big time Dr. My wife keeps telling that she is a real super star.

While Dr. Starr was polite, my appointment, even as a new patient, was extremely rushed. I was not given the opportunity to ask any questions. Indeed, I was not even done undressing before she rushed back in the room to perform her exam, which she spent less than 1 minute doing. My experience with the communication amongst the staff has been varied but overall, Dr. Starr and her practice have not left me feeling cared for.

I had a horrible experience seeing Dr. Starr. I went in to establish care with a new doctor, have my annual exam and I had some questions. They did not schedule me for an annual exam so my insurance didn't cover the "office visit" under my copay so I had to pay $150 for it. I spent a TOTAL of 2 minutes with Dr. Starr where she talked over me and didn't even do an exam. The assistant who checked me in didn't take all of my vitals either. When I called I was told there was nothing they could do.

ROXANNA FIGUEROA in KISSIMMEE, FLORIDA – Oct 26, 2016
Dr. Starr recently delivered my daughter. She is a very caring doctor and tried her hardest to keep me from having a c-section. During my very long 27 hour labor she thought she was going to have to tell me I needed a c-section a few time during the day but with her perseverance I was able to deliver naturally. She even stole food for me from the doctor lounge when I delivered after midnight because the hospital food services was closed. Highly recommend.

Dr. Starr seems very knowledgeable and explains information/questions very thoroughly. She is also very courteous, respectful, patient and friendly. The Medical Assistants were also very informative and nice. Unfortunately, the front office staff was EXTREMELY RUDE, and didn't know simple information they should be aware of.

Nice lady but treatment stretched out too long. Long times waiting between appointments and treatment. She referred me to a GYN/Oncologist. Bleeding for nearly a month and a half is not acceptable. I think she is fine for pregnant women but I would not recommend for post menopausal women like myself.
