Dr. Pole listened intently to my concerns and how I was feeling. She listened in a very compassionate and understanding manner. She asked follow up questions to learn more about me, and also asked me if I had any questions for her. She made me feel as if we jointly diagnosed my condition and figured a treatment plan. I'm lucky to have found her!

Dr. Pole is the very best!! She is very caring and personable. Do be careful if you miss an appointment or are late as you will be assessed a charge on both occasions.

Dr Rekha Pole is a good Doctor but she and her staff has communication problems and they are unprofessional. I needed an appointment for my daughter and she was gone to India so I had to take her to her primary care physician. Then I wanted a refill on my daughter's medicine that Dr Pole prescribed and Dr Pole denied it and I kept calling the office and I was transferred to Linsey her assistant but Linsey never called me back for two days. Please go to a different professional psychiatrist.

Dr. Pole has always been good to me. She listens intently to every word and keeps incredible notes. Not a word was lost after I moved out of state for a decade. She will tell you what you need to hear and give the best options and allow you to help her pick them. To date, everything has worked for me. The overall feel of the office staff and facility is exceptionally warm and inviting.

I've been battling schizo affective disorder for three years. Pole pretty much told me after a few medications (even though there are TONS of them) that I wasn't doing my part, and that she was going to drop me as a patient. Wanted to put me in a group home. I would have been out of medication... thankful that I have a supportive family who disagreed with her lack of compassion. She does not have a lot of sympathy. I would look elsewhere.

Once doctor Pole decided I was better, her helpfulness stopped. I would bring up concerns and she would swat them away like I was bothering her. Staff made me cry on the phone when I asked questions. Much more helpful doctors in the surrounding area.
