After six months of my first visit with her I needed a refill for my medication. I asked her to make the refill. She reduced my doses from 1.25 to 1.00 without taking blood tests because I couldn't go to see her again.

Warning: strongly recommend not visiting her at Methodist Willowbrook location. There, her staff is too inept to submit a claim to insurance. Even after constant notifications for her office to do so by Methodist billing, for 6 months. Not worth your time. Extraordinarily inept staff.
